In recent years, I have worked to transform my lifelong love of drawing into an equal love and ability to paint in oils and pastels.

The road has been short and sweet, thanks to the wonderful instruction of a few outstanding Houston painters and several notable artists from across the country. 
Earlier in my life, I earned a BFA in Art from the University of Texas at Austin. 
I hope to convey some of the valuable information I have acquired to other learning artists. I teach private and group painting and drawing classes for adults. I also have a weekly art class especially for seniors.
